I had such a lovely experience a couple days ago at Grill'd. I came in for lunch and an employee named Zara assited me, she was very welcoming and happy to help. Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After a botched attempt by DoorDash at delivering our food, the team at Grill'd Leederville went above and beyond to rectify the situation for us in quick time. Hats off to Manager Emily who's customer service skills were outstanding in this situation. In future I will definitely be ordering straight from Grill'd rather than going through a food delivering service that takes a 25-35% cut of the overall sale. Keep up the great service and tasty burgers team!
