Food was good. Staff were under the pump so service was minimal. They were considerate of my partners allergies which is not always the case with places like that. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40

On walking into Grill’d, my party was warmly welcomed into the premise and made aware of an ‘offer’ in which a purchase of a milkshake would be rewarded in a free burger. On sitting down at the table I went to confirm that offer, in which the response from the same attendant was “if you purchase a milkshake, you receive a free burger, next time”. Taking advantage of this offer, and thus forming a verbal contract, I purchased an assortment of food items including two milkshakes. Once the milkshakes were received to the table, I obtained two vouchers stating “buy one, get one free” (referring to burgers), which was not in line with the formerly contracted offer. Once raising this with the same attendant as incorrect, she stated “this is literally the definition of free” and continued to argue and talk over me. In reality, this is a common case of false advertisement resulting in a contract formed over a false premise, as I would have not purchased the milkshakes should I known I needed to purchase another burger to redeem this offer. Grill’d, I would recommend the staff brush up on some basic advertisement requirements to ensure compliance with the ACCC and avoid future poor feedback. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Been here multiple times since moving to WA and I’ve also ordered online through the app and they always serve my food within 10 minutes even during busy hours! Food is top tier, great healthy options. The manager, Claudia, has been very friendly each time I’ve encountered her. They also have a particular staff who’s very charming and friendly, I believe Syruse is his name. Will definitely continue to visit at least once a week!
