Great Mac and cheese. Have tried the classic Mac and cheese sandwich and standard grilled cheese and both are excellent. Mac Lorraine is to die for! A must try! Great food that is prepared fast and friendly. Support your local entrepreneurs!

Stopped here at the Truck Up in drizzly Centennial Square. Waited a good ten minutes for our Mac Lorraines. The mac itself is a cheesy carb heaven, but was lukewarm sms disappointing after a five minute wait when there were few people waiting who were quickly taken care of. It then started to pour rain and the bowls offered are wide open, watering down our delicious bacon and onion infused deliciousness, so I ran back and asked if there were lids, and he offered me a single small takeout box for two people. I then proceeded to ask for another for my partner and the guy seemed disgruntled, saying that the containers normally cost another 25c a piece. As another person in the industry, I know those boxes aren't expensive (less so than the plastic bowls they come in) and with the weather, they should be gladly offering them to the small supper turnout who braved the rain. Overall enjoyed the meal for $10 after I took it home and proceeded to smoosh it into my George foreman grill, which I can say without a doubt is the greatest way to eat this after its gone cold.

Not worth the wait. Waited 25 minutes for mini mac...and it was cold...well, lukewarm at best. And aside from the Red Barn bacon, flavourless.
