We are 5 adults and 2 children. Pasta are good. Chicken is i think burnt darkly and very dry meat. Angus meat is dry and cold, seems that it is cooked days ago and not even heated before serving. Waited for 30 min but still got cold food. Serving is minimal not commensurate to the price. Expectation came from the advertisements in socmed but reality is nothing. Costly meal for a no good dinner. Better to go to fastfood like kenny rogers, mcdo etc. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Years ago (pre pandemic) a doctor told us their experience at Gringo sm Sta Rosa. While dining, a big Rat ran on top of their couch and over their shoulders. Shocking of course but I did love gringo’s food so I still visited them on occasion. On my last visit (Nov 2023) after finishing my meal and waiting for the bill, I saw the Rat! It was still there and ran towards the counter near the beverage stall. The size was akin to a kitten. Told the waitress and she just said sorry and okay that was it. It felt like they already knew about Gringo the rat. And yes I’m calling it Gringo from now on. Not going back there might as well travel to Gringo Festival Mall when craving hits.
