After 14 years of baking custom cakes and celebrating thousands of birthdays, we stand behind the quality of our products and the ingredients we use.The Chocolate Oreo cake you ordered is one of our established flavors, chosen by many customers who continue to come back for it. While we understand that taste is subjective, describing our cakes as comparable to grocery store cakes is simply not representative of the experience the vast majority of our customers have had over the years.If there was an issue with the cake itself, we wish we had been given the opportunity to address it before concluding that the entire experience was a disappointment.
