Can we please go back to the normal size bread!? When this place opened the bread was twice the size and the toasties were almost overflowing with fillings, now they’ve increased in price and shrank! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Hi Angela, All of our ingredients are weighed out & I promise you have not changed since the day we have opened. You are ordering a classic here & adding additions. Of course the price is going to cost a bit more when you’re making a custom sandwich rather than picking one off our huge menu. Our sourdough is sourced from a local supplier & it’s an artisan loaf so it does differ in size a touch, we have a 5 gram tolerance (which is pretty small really isn’t it). We’re a small business & your 1 star review does a lot more damage than you think, sorry it’s not touched the sides for you. It’s 2026 & everything costs a fortune unfortunately & we cost every item to the penny in order for us just to be able to pay the bills. Appreciate you coming back week after week but we are a business and we have to make money to survive. Our toppings aren’t free but we always make sure to put on as many as we possibly can.

I cant rate atmosphere as it was a takeout. Little pricier than other pig outs in Rossendale but it needs to be as the food is spot on. So tasty and will be going back for another friday wind down. Absolutely incredible. 100% will return. Drove over 4 hours to try the food and will definitely return. The food was cooked and prepared to perfection. Don’t hold back with any flavours or size.
