We love visiting Grounded Kitchen. In a place as busy as the Metrocentre, it would be easy for somewhere to just focus on getting people in and out, but the team here really take the time to provide genuinely excellent customer service. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and attentive, which makes such a difference to the overall experience. On one occasion we witnessed them dealing with some quite challenging customers, and they handled the situation with real professionalism, respect and fairness. I even said to my husband at the time how well they managed it and that the customer service here is genuinely some of the best we’ve experienced. It’s clear the team care about their customers and creating a positive atmosphere. Great food and an even better team behind it - definitely one of our favourite spots in the Metrocentre!
