I've attended several Grounded's "Yoga by the lake' sessions over the summer (and last year too!). Beautiful gentle yoga class followed by a hot drink as a post workout treat. I loved the Chakra theme that Shanie incorporates into classes - this made each class unique, with a different focus each week.
