While having brunch at the restaurant nextdoor, there was a very long wait for food (an hour) on a very hot day and our hungry toddler had a meltdown due to the heat and hunger. Shout out to the woman with dark hair who works at Grounds that saw me bring my daughter and sit down on the stoop nearby, she came out and brought my daughter some cold water. It was incredibly sweet and thoughtful, a delightful surprise after the manager at the place nextdoor was using every opportunity to be negative towards us for some unknown reason while we were being very patient. Thanks so much for going out of your way and helping to brighten our stop in Murphy's! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is very good. The menu covers a wide range of foods, but in the evening there is no kids menu. The cocktails are okay. The outdoor patio area is nice and chill. The staff is fairly attentive and friendly. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

Just around the corner and up the street from Hook McAllister's house.. my pal from my Lumberjack days is the Grounds Restaurant & Bar. The Hook told me the next time I'm in Murphy's he'll strap on his 19 century Cap'n Hook's hook and he'd spot for lunch at the Grounds, and said they put out a great Turkey Sandwich! And it was! 5. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
