Been today for a Sunday roast. The wife and I had the Dingley Dell pork belly with pork shoulder and black pudding Gratin potato, our daughter had the confit duck with dauphinois potatoes, and father in law had the roast beef, with all with the trimmings. All the food was beautifully presented and was cooked to perfection. The Maitre d’, Wilson was so welcoming, checking we were all ok and comfortable (even checking we were not too hot or cold). The pub itself was an idyllic country pub. Well spaced out tables and chairs, and not too cramped. For a starter, main and drinks we paid on average £30 per person, this pub 100% ticked all the boxes in our opinion. We will definitely be returning and recommending it! Parking: Plenty of parking at rear of pub and at front Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sunday Roast Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

We are looking to move home in Suffolk and I thought it essential to check the possible local i.e " The Dog at Grundisburgh" I was not disappointed. All the staff in particular were very polite, the pub enjoys local beers and cyder and it nice to see Aspals at 4.5% rather than 5.5 % on tap.The whole feel of pub including its customers gave me good vibes I did not see a car and if this is a problem it would be best call ahead

What a great find! Friendly and welcoming in a traditional village pub setting offering truly delicious food. We live in Woodbridge so have very little of quality locally but on checking the menu we suspected that the chef had previously worked at the Table. So he brings with him all the skills and dishes. The Haddock souffle is wonderful and the deserts are to die for! Also such excellent value for this quality of food! We will be back and soon. Well done to the entire team.
