I have only eaten there once. I couldn't really enjoy my food due to being interrupted by work phone calls. The burrito was good even though I ate it cold. I am going back again. The staff was very patient and nice. I can't wait to try this place again. Oh yeah, bathrooms were very clean. The Chile Relleno burrito was amazing with the asada!!! Wow. Huge burrito, enough for two people (filled up a salad container). Also got the shrimp Baja- it was spicy and tasted awkward, wouldn’t recommend. Customer service was superb. VERY disappointed with my first experience having Guacamaya Oasis. We ordered food for delivery and asked for utensils and we received cold food (we are not even 8 mins from the place, and I tracked the driver and they drove directly here so it wasn’t on her) and we received no utensils and not even a straw for our drink. Food is just not good cold and we are in a new house that we just moved into with no utensils so had to drive to a store to buy some. Just disappointing and frustrating all around and I feel that it’s minimal effort to include utensils, napkins, and a straw in a to go order.
