Learn about a guachinche in general as a restaurant type. I googled it and spontaneously went there and went home more than satisfied. Service speaks fluent English and explains everything. Cooking takes place in an open kitchen and you can watch from most places. Food was very tasty and well seasoned. Excellent value for money and definitely worth a visit.
