Very good authentic spot in town. I have tried the Birria, and almost every meat option on the tacos and they are all very flavorful with good side sauces. My only reservation is how quickly they fall apart, but they're still good! Guadalupe Tex-Mex Kitchen is a food truck parked on the property of independent gas station/convenience store. Both the gas station and the food truck would not warrant a second look, however not looking at this and not noticing it, you might miss out on a pretty good meal. Service is fast, friendly, personable and was definitely appreciated. I opted for a chicken bowl and I feel that it was a bit high in price, but not exorbitantly so,but it was very good. They have a small outdoor seating area, but it was a chilly day, especially for Florida (in the low forties) so I ate in my car. I would return again, the food is good, service is fast and friendly and overall it was a good experience.
