The chicken enchiladas here are outstanding. I popped in to order to-go for dinner and was surprised they have live music, too (Fridays). The staff was welcoming overall, it was a lovely atmosphere while waiting for my food. I work just up the block from Guajillo Restaurant && the food here has become my go to. When I think of FRESH && AUTHENTIC Mexican food, Guajillo is all that comes to mind. The burritos never failed me as it's the perfect combination of ingredients (&& my green sauce to top it off). Hector is AMAZING && the customer service is A1! Friendly && caring, just as a business owner should be.
