Bar Guarch or El Guarch, is a bar that has been serving the town of Castellote for many, many years. The strengths of this place are, from my point of view, the attentive service, the great honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism, the variety of moments and experiences that you can enjoy as the hours of the day pass and the sun shines in the Atalaya, the exquisiteness from its cuisine contextualized to what it teaches and is, the great atmosphere that originates and the symbol that Guarch represents for Castellote. Having a double beer in a cold mug accompanied by a tapa, very economical by the way, which logically you have to order if you want it, seeing the Templar castle, the ibex and the rock, is priceless. Village bar, but what a bar!! You just have to sit back, relax and let yourself go without rushing.
