I actually love this place because the food is really good but the sanitation rating is AWFUL (in the low 80s) and the service is also really bad. After ordering they didn’t communicate with me at all so then I was just left standing there wondering what to do. It used to be run way better I don’t know what happened. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Disappointed with the taste of food. Tables and floor were dirty. Female bathroom toilet would not flush. Bad experience... If I could give zero stars I would. Service was absolutely awful. I ordered a bowl and asked for steak, she gave me chicken so then she had to remake it. I asked for sauce on the side but the person ignored me and walked awayI ended up having to ask someone else for it. My husband ordered guasaca shredded beef arepas and they gave him regular beef instead. When he pointed out they told him he would have to come back and pay extra (we had already paid assuming they had done it right). Then, they charged him $5 for guasaca. Such a terrible experience. We will absolutely not be back to this location. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40
