Came to Guatelinda for a night snack and was treated horribly. I Have never been so insulated. Me and my daughter stood in the restaurant and was never greeted. There were several people that were addressed while I waited to place my order, at first i figured that they were busy but it became apparent that i was not welcomed after others we're greeted and orders we're taken while i still stood and waited. I finally made my selection with the server and decided to stay at eat in the restaurant. When I opened the container the dish that i order was not fully prepared as described when i brought it to the attention of the waitress. The waitress took the dish from the counter opened up the package proceeded to sarcastically squirt stuff on my dish. I was treated horribly and was told that I needed to speak Spanish in order to get the dish. I advised the waitress that I described the dish via the picture and the waitress was fully aware of my request. I was told that i still needed to say the name in Spanish in order to get the correct dish. Unfortunately, i will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon. Brenda who is the manager was not present but i will be calling her tomorrow regarding this matter.
