Ravenswood Guirella experience I come here for coffee all the time, but today’s experience was really disappointing. There was a short line, and the barista was actually doing a good job of asking everyone who was next until it got to my turn. A guy she knew walked in, and she just served him before me while they chatted. She didn't even look at me or ask who was first like she did for the others. It’s frustrating to support a place often and then get ignored just because a friend of the staff cuts the line. Everyone’s time should be respected equally. I won’t post her name here, but I’m sharing this as constructive feedback. I hope the team learns to treat all customers fairly, whether they are friends or not. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
