“I had the pleasure of visiting the guild merchant recently with my two grandsons, who are both under three. I want to give a special shout-out to Hayley, the bartender, for making our experience so memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, helping with high chairs, making sure my drinks were ready when I needed them, and genuinely making us feel welcome. It’s not every day you encounter such thoughtful and attentive service, especially when juggling little ones. Thanks to Hayley, we had a fantastic time, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit!” Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There was no-one to greet us, on arrival, making us wait for 20 minutes before we got our table. Although the food when it arrived was good, we were disappointed there was no ketchup! How does one run out of ketchup. The desserts were a disaster! One had to be returned, one wasn't available, and one had to be changed completely. So all in all a disappointing evening out.
