They put hanging tag of 10% discount outside store but say discount is on Rasbari only at billing counter. A type of cheating, isn't it?

This is a kiosk type food stall, serving their regular sweets items and limited menu items. I like their food and dessert. However, this particular outlet is located at the side of an extremely busy road and is placed in a very narrow space. There are no seating arrangements and the area seems quite dusty. Although their food is good, the locationst and atmosphere of this specific outlet is not good at all. I recommend getting take aways only from this outlet.
