I came across Gully Kitchen Express after I was served a video on Instagram. Gully Kitchen brings fast, easy, and most importantly, delicious Indian fusion food to the area. I got the Butter Chicken Bowl, the Malai Chicken Bowl, and a hot chai (latter not pictured). The Butter Chicken Bowl and the Malai Chicken Bowl were very tasty. The creamy sauces and fries were balanced out nicely by the fresh veggies. My only constructive comment is that I personally like my sauces to have stronger flavors, but I learned that the flavor profile was intentionally set to make their food more accessible. The chai is made fresh daily. The chai was very smooth and it had just the right amount of sweetness. Also wanted to give a special shoutout to the owner’s mother who was running the shop when I ordered. It was a real pleasure chatting and I will be back soon! Next time I will be trying the sandwiches/paninis and the infamous mango lassi. Support your local businesses! Wishing all of the best to Gully Kitchen!
