We do not know the restaurant, stage or service because the person who handled the reservation via WhatsApp did not like the questions after a certain point and did not answer them, but this gave us an idea about the service and how the job is done. Let me explain: We wrote to Ebru Gündeş via WhatsApp to get information about the 26 April 2024 program. How long does he stay on stage, what is the food menu and of course what is the fee. The food menu was explained as follows: Cold Starter, Hot Appetizer, Main Course, Dessert, Unlimited Drinks. Oh my God... We were expecting zamzam-rose water, exotic syrups, Georgian ravioli and bird food. It's very descriptive..What is this anyway, bro?.You are the restaurant of decades. Isn't there even a sample menu? So then..What is the fee? It varies between 6,000 and 25,000, sir. I understand Do you have a chart, a diagram, an image? Where is 6,000, where is 13,000, where is 20,000? Answer: 25,000 front row, front of the stage, sir. Gee. I thought the 25,000 number would be the most comfortable, out of sight, at the back, farthest from the stage, as no one would disturb me. Interesting. It's at the front. So where do the other fees fit in? Where is 10,000? Sir, 1,000 TL decreases by 1,000 TL. Well, the session layout is not like that. I mean, there are not 20 rows of tables lined up in a row like a military order in the restaurant? There are boxes in between, there are sections with a vertical seating arrangement. After that, of course, there is no answer. Imagine that the business that has been doing this business for decades does not have a seating chart. Where will the 15,000 donors sit? Wherever they place it. It's that simple..Your job. This is the way it is done, this is the seriousness.. There is no answer to those who ask questions in order to use the logic and not be ripped off or encounter surprises.. Brother, make a diagram, a session diagram showing the fees, and a sample food menu.. Change the person on Whatsapp too! Those who come will come again, in fact, if you do this, they will come again because there are no surprises, don't worry. Do your job properly.

While I was sitting there, the 450 TL traffic fine written on my vehicle came as a message... My vehicle was entrusted to the Günay Restaurant Valet... Thanks to the friends at the door who helped me... Then they said we shouldn't charge you for valet fees... But if the vehicle you entrusted to your care can be fined... It is certain that it is not parked in very healthy places... The name Günay should symbolize quality. There should not be such behavior from the valet to the service...
