My first time in Freeling and my lasting impression of The Gungellan Hotel is... "Bloody Awesome!" From the moment we arrived this pub looked and felt inviting (especially for city folk) and was greeted by a very bubbly lady who recommended some great loaded parmi schnitzels (the smoked gun and the kranksky). Fast and friendly service, absolutely delicious meals (best Parmi I've had) and very well priced, plus great serving sizes. 5/5 highly recommend! Terrible service, went in for the first time and was greeted rudely by the manager. Have also been told similar things from others about multiple staff members.
