Our group of 7 had such a fun experience at the revolving sushi spot! Between all of us, we went through almost 40 plates The variety was incredible, and we loved that even the people in our group who don’t eat sushi still had tons of options. Being able to order additional items from the tablet menu and have them delivered straight to the table on the little train was such a cool touch (see video ). The ramen was also AMAZING, and overall the ambiance and experience were fantastic. The portions were great, the sushi selection was huge, and everything felt fun and interactive. Huge bonus points for being able to comfortably accommodate our larger group without issue. The only small thing we’d suggest is letting guests know at the beginning that there’s a call button on the tablet to get the server’s attention. We had all run out of drinks and waited quite a while before realizing we needed to press it. Once we figured that out, everything was smooth! Our first visit for lunch, surprisingly plenty of options to choose from. We also ordered ramen with extra egg, it was good and satisfying. Our server Yen was friendly and pleasant. We ended with matcha moji ice cream, yum! Very reasonable price as well. Will come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Guru Revolving Sushi is a fun concept. It's good to see new restaurants and variabilty to the Midtown restaurant scene. If you're craving run of the mill sushi, this will hit the spot. There are no frills or over-the-top flavor combinations. The miso soup fell flat. The poke was 80% rice. However, the basic rolls were good.
