Ordered a medium steak, came out burnt. Ordered it to go. Check it when I got home. Bring it back or there is nothing we can do for you is what I was told. Whoever cooked the steak knew they burnt it. Service is garbage and managers have no control. Will never go back. Get people who actually care. Over hyped and does not live up to the reputation. Love burning 31$ Service: Take out Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We used to come to Gus's all the time when it was in the older building. We haven't been back in years but I was excited. I truly wish we had gone somewhere else. First, the hostess was acting like she was being put out by having to put two tables together for our party of 6. She kept snapping at the other hostess, who I think she was training. Our waitress (Serena, I think is her name) was very attentive to getting our drinks, salads and appetizers. However, when it took 30 minutes to get our food she only came around once and let Us know it was almost finished. Even when we got our food, the seasoning was lackluster. This was very disappointing to me especially since they no Longer have their BBQ. It was also VERY COLD in the restaurant which made it hard to sit and enjoy the company of the people at our table.
