If I could put zero stars I would. I have been coming to Gus' chicken once a week for almost a year and each time until my last 3 visits the service and food was excellent. Lately though the chicken has been bland, no spices. I've complained previously but today was just awful. Instead of Trevor (manager on duty) trying to understand to fix the problem. He suggested that I have Covid and I guess no sense of taste. This is the worst customer service interaction I've ever had with a manager there. Miranda was excellent, she didn't charge for the food tonight but that really doesn't address the issue there. I hope the recipe can be improved otherwise I'll have to stop dining at Gus'. Do better please.
