Just ordered in Jasper Alabama. Chicken was awful. Had to wait (which isn’t a problem for fresh food but that was far from the case) Tasted like it was from hours earlier. Fries were warm-ish. Service sucked. No straws. Do better.

I have been going to Guthrie’s about once a week for the past three years or so. I normally get a family meal. Tonight was my last night. Due to your last price increase, I will no longer be a Guthrie’s customer.

I have always had a soft spot for Guthrie's since I worked there in 1999. But, we went by tonight and it was amazing! The food was hot and fresh. It was obvious that the fryer had been recently cleaned. I just wish there were one near me in Mississippi.
