Right after seeing Lincoln County Illinois Courthouse, come here for a meal. Among other Italian cuisune places to eat at, this restaurant can be one of the greatest. You can order perfectly cooked ribeye, prime rib roast and ribs. Many guests point out that waiters serve good ice cream here. Guzzardo's Italian Villa has delicious wine, craft beer or liqueur among its drinks.
You can hold an anniversary, a wedding or a birthday party here. The staff is said to be energetic here. This place is remarkable for its prompt service. Prices here are reported to be adequate. You will certainly appreciate the cozy atmosphere and cute decor. This spot is ranked 4.6 within the Google grading system.

Food was good. Company was top notch. Salads came out after dinner was on table. Weird. It was busy so maybe this service is now considered the norm. Biggest and one of best pieces of prime rib I have ever seen or eaten. Four meals from it and counting. I love this place as it was one of the first fancier places I took my now wife Katie. Love that u can bring wine and save the mark up. Overall, wonderful evening. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Recommended dishes: Prime Rib Dinner, Lasagna

For appetizers, we had mozzarella bacon fries, garlic bread app (amazing), schnitzel strips (breaded pork fingers) and beef toasted ravs- latter with with marinara to dip. With our large group, we tasted quite a few items : Eggplant Parmesan, broiled lobster with twice baked potato, baked mostaccioli, spaghetti and meat sauce, prime rib, manicotti, Villa special (three items) and more - all came with garlic bread served family style, and soup (very flavorful French onion) and salad bar with many toppings of fresh veggies and homemade salads. All the portions were HUGE - wait staff was amazing and overly accommodating! They do not serve alcohol (you can bring in sealed containers and they happily supply glasses and openers with NO uncorking fees) , nor do they have dessert menu but again are happy to store and help serve the dessert you brought in with your party. First time to Guzzardo's Italian Villa, but absolutely not the last! Nice halfway meeting point between Springfield - Peoria- Bloomington!
