These are truly excellent gyros! He moves his stand to the Illinois State Fair in August. He has a homemade spicy ketchup that is to die for! He closes the stand for the winter on October 31st. Pro tip: if you want to heat the gyro up later, ask for the tzatziki sauce on the side.
