Amazing prices, tasty , and freshest gyro I’ve had in the DMV. Combo option is perfectly portioned! I am astounded by the combination of flavor and atmosphere the place brings to the plaza. I am anyways one to try a local restaurant while I’m in the area, and the fact that this place is so close to me, I am exciting the come back! I had the gyro this time. Meat was in cubes scooped out of a bin and mostly generic and flavorless. The rotisserie machines were there but not set up so I am not sure how they are cooking things. White sauce was a bit thin for a Gyro, and definitely want to get it on the side so it doesn't drench the entire meal. Hot sauce tasted pickled, but did have a kick. Again, get it on the side as it can easily overpower everything else. The fries and Pita itself were good. Prices in line with what you're getting which is an average amount of generic food. If they're planning to stay in business around NoVa, they need to significantly upgrade their quality, even if they increase their prices. There are plenty of good Gyro places around that they will need to compete with. Will not be back Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Sorry your meal missed the mark, and thank you for calling out the pre-sliced meat, rotisserie not being used, thin white sauce, and overpowering pickled hot sauce. I understand how that made the gyro disappointing. Put "Gyro King" into your GPS today and go there for dinner. The food is really good. Juicy, seasoned meats. Vegetables in the salad are all fresh and crunchy. Huge portions. Fast, professional service. And for $11! I got the Mixed Over Rice and it was, no joke, 2+ lbs of food. The only advice I can give is, be careful adding more heat to your platter if you ordered the chicken. The chicken, as is, is pretty spicy. But aside from that, Gyro King became my favorite place for halal food. Give them a shot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
