During the rest of my visits to the Glenarm Protein Bar, I am lucky if the people at the counter even acknowledge me when I walk in (and this is when the place is practically empty and everyone is literally standing around doing nothing). I've had a few times where I ordered directly from the menu and they somehow forgot to add 4 of the ingredients. Who does that? With all the competition along the mall, you'd think they would have upped their game by now, but no. Protein Bar corporate even sent me a credit to go into this location and (hopefully) redeem themselves and the lady at the counter was so f-ing rude to me, despite the fact that I was very polite and smiley. I felt like telling her to keep her stupid wrap and refund my credit, but at that point I was just over it and left.
I can't understand how you can get a service industry job and be such assholes behind the counter, when there are people out there who actually need jobs and ARE willing to be friendly. Thanks for the shitty service guys!
