We love love love the space, the people, the coffee!! It’s immediately my most loved coffee shop in chicago. The space is beautifully designed and put together, community focused, connecting to the plant shop, spacious open indoors, cute and quaint outdoors. People were so friendly and welcome. The coffee is sooo strong, and sooo good just as if I was back in Hoi An or Hanoi. I got the salt coffee and was immediately impressed! We also found a great cozy corner to chill and just take in all the little details the shop put together! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Other

I knew this place would be awesome because I had been to some HAIBAYÔ pop up events in the past but it still exceeded my expectations! They have a lot of comfy seating options and it feels exactly like you are at your second generations friends house. Also the barista was so cool and friendly and helpful. AAAAAAND my ca phe muoi was seriously delicious and salty sweet and the bahn mi croissant had a crispy toasted croissant, bright veggies and the perfect umami bomb from the pork and sauce. As an added bonus I picked up a birthday guft for a friend at Qideas which is next door and connected to the cafe through a little hallway.
