Cuisine using fresh and organic products, cooked every day according to orders, the cutting of fruits and vegetables is done at the time of preparation, as well as the pasta and cakes. Small family business which nourishes the project of an eco place, with vegetable garden and small rest stay in the middle of the beautiful wild nature of the Basque Country. Come and taste their pastries made from chestnut flour, old flour sweetened just enough...a real treat...not to mention the gluten-free pastries..... Every Saturday morning in Hasparren
