Due to an error by our hotel concierge, we failed to show up for our reservation at Hanrok. The restaurant staff called us when we didn't show. It turned out that they even prepared flowers for our anniversary. We felt terrible. They must have prepared our food too. We agreed to pay the cancelation fee but they suggested that we go on another date. So we did. When we got out of the taxi, the host was already waiting for us outside the door. We were seated in an elegant private room with a formal dias. The meal was wonderful of course. What impressed us the most was the host's elegant and formal manners. At the end of the meal he presented my wife with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our anniversary. We truly appreciate his efforts. After the meal we took a walk in the area and discovered a beautiful long row of cherry blossom by a canal. This was one of our best travel memories. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
