On New Year's Eve, after contacting the establishment, I was informed that they would be open until 10pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, the door was locked and, even though the waiters saw me waiting, they didn't go to the door. As I didn't have many options, I waited. The girl who helped me informed me that they had already closed and I insisted that I had just spoken to them on WhatsApp. She released our starter (2 people) and asked that when we were going to choose the dishes we already ordered everything (drinks, starter, main course and dessert). This meant that we ate quickly, for fear of delaying the staff, and without savoring and enjoying the restaurant. The entrance was ok, without much news. The main dishes were very tasty and the dessert had a very different flavor. Before we finished eating, the waiters were already removing the cutlery from the other tables and turning off the lights in part of the room. I thought this behavior was due to the date I went (12/31), but apparently it is a common practice. A feather. I hope the management pays attention to customer comments and improves these aspects, as the food is quite tasty.
