I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff member working at the counter was rude and unhelpful. After completing a full loyalty card, I was entitled to a free drink. However, when I asked about the difference between the M and L sizes for the drink I wanted, she was unable to clearly explain it and handled the situation poorly. Having a full loyalty card clearly shows that I am a loyal customer. Being made to feel like I had to return another time to receive my free drink was not appropriate and very disappointing. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to return.
