HARBS is pretty near Mori Art Museum. Come to this cafe to taste good salads, strawberry shortcake and pasta. You will hardly forget great milk tea, coffee or fruit tea that you can degust. Guests don't like apple pie at HARBS.
The courteous staff welcomes visitors all year round. The professional service displays a high level of quality at this place. Prices here are reported to be democratic. Most of the time, this spot provides you with the enjoyable atmosphere. But google users haven't given this cafe a high rating.

The service of Harbs is unacceptable particularly to Chinese. I entered the restaurant after waiting for a long queue. Then, the waitress only took the orders from other customers. Finally, we got served at 3:07pm after raising my hand for a long time. Then, we wait till around 3:45pm and the main dishes and dessert were not served. Meanwhile, we found that other customers, including those entering the restaurant later than us, got their dessert. I asked the waiter about the belated delivery. He can only reply by saying sorry. I finally got my dessert at 4:00pm. Firstly, the dessert are already stored at the fridge at entry location and more importantly, I do not understand why those customers order desserts and main dishes later than us can got their meal first. Perhaps, I am a Chinese. If it is the case, I am disappointed to the service of Harbs. It is the first time I brought my wife to Tokyo after COVID. Harbs is always her favourite but it changes in terms of service. Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not worth the wait. Cake is above average though. Strawberry is not sweet. Service is pretty off as there are empty seats but just ask ppl to wait. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
