This is my first visit to Hazama, a famous store in Toride. I received the special Chinese soba flat noodles and chicken paitan noodles. The first thing I noticed was that the noodles were really delicious! The texture and boiling are perfect. The soup is a little thick and sweet, so it seems that people will either like it or dislike it. Each topping was carefully done and delicious. Is the chashu chicken, pork belly, or shoulder? It was fun to eat the meatballs and the variety of them. Unfortunately, each dish had a high degree of perfection and a strong statement, so the ramen as a whole felt unbalanced. I have a strong sense of waste.
