Me and 2 friends came here after a long drive, absolutely starving and totally indecisive, and HC Chamonix delivered in a big way. The steak was fantastic, cooked perfectly, but the real star of the show was Max. He took the time to walk us through the menu, explain the background of the food we were eating, and break down which steaks were best for what depending on flavor, cut, and how we wanted it cooked. That level of knowledge and care completely elevated the experience. The food is a different caliber, but what truly sets this place apart is how welcoming and down to earth it feels. We honestly left feeling like we made a friend, and I can’t say that about most restaurants. Amazing food, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality. Would come back without hesitation.
