Pros: The mackerel was incredibly tender and not fishy at all—plus, the presentation was beautiful. The buckwheat soba had a clean, savory flavor with a very refreshing broth. The Takana (pickled mustard greens) tasted exactly like the ones I’ve had in Japan! The restaurant itself is spotless, and I appreciated the spacious seating, which made for a very comfortable meal. Cons: I did find a few small bones in the mackerel, so be careful. Also, while the mackerel and soba combo looks great in photos, the flavors didn't quite harmonize for me—it felt more like eating two separate dishes rather than a cohesive meal. Heehee at the beginning of Gyeongui Line Forest Trail. A restaurant with delicious soba! Personally, the menchi cutlet is a bit salty, but the other snacks and even the highball are delicious, so I forgive everything. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
