Hex is fantastic! They have the absolute best fermented foods anywhere, especially their kimchi and various krauts. The food is always delicious, as well. I recently had one of their new coffee drinks and it was divine!

The salmon bowl had fresh ingredients. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. The ginger kombucha was smooth. Good portion size Price per person: $20–30 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: Mostly vegetarian with some chicken and fish options

I seriously would eat here every day if I could. The food is a whole other level. Everything is made in house...the bread is outrageously delicious! Its elevated food and clearly made with love and intentionally locally sourced. The folks are all outstandingly good humans who make me feel hopeful in these bleak times. Really really love my Hex Superette. I am their biggest fan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
