I used to love this place, I'm sad to see the quality of the food and customer service go down. I felt a stomach ache after eating my last meal. Hopefully it gets better. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Tried this place for the first time yesterday after living in Hawaii for three years, and i'm SO mad that I haven't tried it sooner!! The food is amazing. I ordered the mix plate with Garlic Chicken and Steak and it came with a side of rice and salad. Mar was super sweet and helpful when I couldn't decide what to get. She let me try a sample of all the sauces and even some of the meats before I ordered. Jecyl who is the manager I believe was cooking our food and was extremely friendly. They were great conversation the entire time. I highly recommend HI Steaks Kailua. (Get the garlic chicken no matter what)
