Went for lunch, amazing spot. Tried to go back for dinner on a subsequent evening and found out they don't serve food in the evening. Had Budweiser stocked which was a surprise and looked like they had a decent Irish whiskey selection. Take a Japanese speaker if you don't speak Japanese.
