As a German who recently moved to Tokyo, finding the Himmel Bäckerei was a gift for our family. We especially love the Pretzels and Laugenbrötchen. It is authentic and of high quality. Staff members are friendly and interior cozy and welcoming. “Die Kunst zu backen” is not just a company slogan but realized in the variety of delicious products.
