cause i wasn’t sure and in a hurry i asked a staff member, if the quinoa salad, i was about to buy is vegan. She said yes. As i was in the train i was checking the ingredients, where it said milk ect. so not vegan. that was very disappointing!

Purchase of a sandwich, when paying there were 3 amounts on the till. The lady overcharged me and walked away. I went back to her and said that can't be right. She shoved the receipt into my hand and walked away again. I approached her again and pointed it out to her. She called the boss, told him please cancel, not a word to me, no apology, nothing.
