In your case you …Thank you and appreciate your review, we can see that you are clearly confused here and our donut tags are clearly labelled with restrictions mentioned for premium donut flavors (red tags) stating that only 1 per box of 6. In your case you should have got two boston cream donuts if you would have got 12 packs, Instead we remember that you got a 9pack and not a dozen and therefore it is only 1 per box and every other Boston cream would cost you $1extra and you would have to pay $5 extra for another 5 of those. You must have been confused and with the increased cost and making those premium flavors cost us more money and time and we have not put extra price on those like other establishments and we have never passed those costs on to customers, When we look for premium flavors they come at a price. Hope you understand the fact and believe everyone wants to save some costs as much as possible. We have informed our Head office about your email and they will be coming to the office on 8th of January 2024.
