Great atmosphere, music subdued enough for a conversation. Mixed drinks place, very well crafted. Just far enough off the tourist area to not be mobbed.
Loved the Old Fashioned there! Other than that, the staff is super friendly and the ambience is quite hip - would definitely visit again!
Hoffa Bar is a sexy-chic bar with industrial-style interior, located in the city center a short walk from Václavské Námesti. After attending a celebration at the square, we stopped in to Hoffa for some late night food and drinks. Service was quite friendly and prompt. They have a wide selection of wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails. I ordered the Moscow Mule and was not too thrilled about it. But my friend enjoyed whatever drink she was having and ended up getting two more (is it bad I can't remember what she had?! lol) I got the chicken quesadillas to munch on. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by just how GOOD those quesadillas tasted! The chicken was well seasoned, cheese perfectly melted, and the accompanying salsa tasted freshly-made. They state that their kitchen uses fresh ingredients and I could honestly tell from the taste of the vegetables. They stay open until pretty late (2am) and the kitchen serves until closing. The dim interior was quite intimate and seemed like a cool late night date spot. You can also go for lunch and have some homemade lemonade or homemade iced tea. Would definitely love to stop in again to sample some more items off their food menu.
