Extremely rude attitude from the staff! The new shop had a floor upstairs for customers to enjoy their time with friends and family. Firstly lets talk about how dirty the table was, maybe it was from a long overdue cleaning or the staff is just to lazy to clean them Back to the rude staffs, we were talking upstairs and playing UNO not realising that downstairs they are already cleaning up and closing the store. But after they finished downstairs, they came up and without any warning or light reminder they just closed the fans and lights and went into store to continue thier job or whatever. So in conclusion, i do not know the names of this 3 staff but it was 2 female and 1 male staff. All were nothing but rude and inconsiderate. For anyone considering going here think twice! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had a gathering on 16/05/2026 Saturday Night, and the staff were extremely no manners. Their responses to our questions were completely without EQ. We were sitting upstairs in the store, and around 11:56 PM, they suddenly came up and silently turned off all the lights without notice us, and straight away went into their storage room. I hope the employer will take actions to provide appropriate training and development for their employees. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: RM 1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came across Hola Tea during an event and didn’t expect to like it this much, but their taro milk tea completely won me over. It’s been my favourite ever since—super smooth and just the right sweetness. Clara, the owner, is such a lovely person. She’s always so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable whenever you visit, which makes the whole place even more enjoyable. What surprised me too is that they don’t just do drinks—the food is actually really good with quite a nice variety to choose from. Definitely a great spot to chill, whether you’re just grabbing a drink or coming with family and friends for a meal. Would 100% recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
