Honch Restore is a yakitori/wine gem in the Yokosuka Chuo Honch area. The counter seating is very popular, but there are also a few tables for larger parties. The food was excellent! We had a variety of meat dishes, yakitori, and the cheese/lamb spring rolls. Everything was flavorful and nicely presented. We ordered a bottle of white wine and were presented with three options. When we expressed that we prefer dry wine, our server brought us additional options that were 辛口ワイン . The wine offerings were from multiple global vineyards and the bottle we chose was excellent. We appreciate the personalized attention when selecting our bottle. We will definitely add Honch Restore to our dining out in Yokosuka list. It is also a great place to take visitors. 3rd time visiting, but 1st with my family. Tried a few different dishes, all were cooked well and tasted great. Different twist to the original style of yakitori. Didn't have a reservation but were seated within a few minutes. Recommend reservation, we just got lucky. Here are a few photos.
