A lovely, cozy little spot that became our go-to for coffee and breakfast for the five days we were in Tokyo. A simple thing done well — the lattes (both regular and matcha) were wonderful, the sandwiches were exactly what we needed to start the day. The workers were kind and the atmosphere is homey. This was my second year visiting Tokyo and my second year coming to Horaiya almost every day during my stay. Easily one of the best coffees I’ve had in Japan, with great sandwiches and a very kind, welcoming team. It became part of my daily routine. I hope to visit again on my next trip to Japan. Thank you.
